Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the yg77 platform at yg77.one (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease access to and use of the yg77 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Eligibility

yg77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the yg77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and valid Philippine mobile number and email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Notify yg77 immediately via the support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

yg77 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to yg77 support.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the yg77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). yg77 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability:

• GCash and PayMaya (Maya) e-wallet services
• Philippine bank transfer via InstaPay and PESONet
• Online banking portals of BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to bank availability

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. yg77 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees.

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. yg77 processes verified withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day. yg77 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages.

Bonuses & Promotions

yg77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all yg77 promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be transferred to the main wallet and withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Gaming Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, yg77 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager amount. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yg77 Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account per individual
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Allowing any other person to access or use your yg77 account

Limitation of Liability

yg77's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their yg77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yg77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or events beyond its reasonable control.

Privacy

yg77 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes or account transactions, Users may submit a formal complaint to yg77's customer support team. yg77 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
